Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Portsmouth
Pay Rates: £85 - £100 a day
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday
Reeson education are working with a fantastic primary school in the Portsmouth area. We are currently looking to recruit a confident SEN teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis in their SEN provision within school.
This primary school has a high importance placed on making students feel positive and happy within school, creating an ethos where every child can be confident in their own abilities and grow into the best version of themselves.
SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
As a teaching assistant you will be supporting children with additional needs in their academic and personal growth and assisting the teacher when delivering lessons and activities to meet individual needs and abilities
Promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment where children want to be and want to learn
As a Teaching Assistant you will encouraging independence and enabling pupils to achieve
A Teaching Assistant will be part of implementing individual education plans, behaviour and care strategies and promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupils to make the right choices

This role is Monday to Friday. The teaching assistant position is on a long-term basis with the chance to move onto a school contract.
