Job Overview
In this role you will carry out a range of activities such as gathering meter readings and investigating customers’ billing queries. You’ll need to speak confidently to customers, guide them if any technical issues arise, and adapt quickly to difficult situations.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
* Ability to think objectively, plan, prioritise and resolve work efficiently.
* Experience in a demanding target-driven environment as part of a remote-based team.
* Confidence to review and discuss work carried out by contract partners and challenge quality where required.
* Ability to manage jobs through to completion, share learnings with your team, and deal with customer escalations and complaints where required.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to work on site most of the time.
Shift Schedule
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am – 16:00 pm; Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am – 15:45 pm.
