Room Leader
Here at Zero2Five we are excited to be working for a quality private Day Nursery near Muswell Hill, London. We are looking for a Room Leader for our excellent Preschool and Baby Room. With an extremely competitive rate of pay and a friendly, passionate team that offers room for progression, this is a fantastic opportunity for an established Room Leader or an experienced Nursery Practitioner seeking the next step up in their Early Years career.
Key Responsibilities
* Have a genuine passion for the Early Years sector
* Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
* Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
* Set up and decontaminate instruments
* Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
* Experience in working with babies
* As a keyworker for a group of children, ensure every child’s needs are met every day
* Update parents on their child’s day and development with invaluable professional feedback
