Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Northampton. As a HR Advisor, you will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers in all aspects of HR while meeting the immediate and long-term needs of the site and to develop and deliver the HR strategy.
This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. Can be flexible on start & finish times

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, Bootstworks, 24-hour GP service.
What youll do on a typical day:
Manage and support the full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle such as onboarding, promotions and exits.
Full HR support for a client group within the Technical Services Division
Provide people advisory support to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related topics including employee relations, performance management and other complex people topics.
Assist in investigating and resolving people relations issues.
Coaching of managers across all levels
Managing and supporting HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A proven track record as HR advisor working within a fast-paced environment
Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-standing working relationships
CIPD level 5 qualified or demonstrable working experience
