About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to help residents live engaging and fulfilling lives, meeting their needs for the mind, body, and soul.
Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme, encouraging participation in a variety of activities. This programme is part of our group-wide 'More…' initiative, focusing on meeting residents' interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying physical and mental abilities.
About You
We provide comprehensive training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends on a rota basis. We support career progression, with potential pathways to Nurse Associate roles.
Knowledge / Experience
* An understanding of social interaction's role in wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering group and individual lifestyle sessions.
* Ability to develop community links and organise successful events.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
* Willingness to learn and develop through relevant training and qualifications.
