About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate person to join our Accommodation & Guest Services Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis. You will support the Accommodation department by accepting linen deliveries and distributing clean linen to our Hotels & Villages on busy check-in days (Mondays and Fridays). Additionally, you will deliver requested items to guests and liaise closely with the Guest Services team to resolve accommodation-related issues.
You will use radio communication and receive jobs via our in-house system on a handheld device for tasks such as carpet cleaning or other cleaning duties. This role is physically demanding and involves heavy lifting.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking team members to join us as accommodation porters. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. You must be over 18 years old to apply.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you to gain skills and confidence. The role involves 40 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with Mondays and Fridays as essential working days. Shift patterns are between 12 pm and midnight on Mondays and Fridays, and between 9 am and 11 pm on other days.
Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the team with various duties, including heavy lifting and cleaning tasks.
* Communicating effectively with guests and team members.
* Being adaptable and willing to try new tasks in a busy environment.
* Having a valid UK driving license is desirable.
