We're looking for a Junior Service Manager to join our team in Farnborough. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality services that support our clients' goals, while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team within our Aerospace, Defence and Security business. Responsibilities
* Managing small-scale services or parts of larger services to agreed cost, risk, quality and performance targets.
* Supporting business growth by ensuring high client satisfaction, value for money and service performance.
* Helping to shape services and support business cases, including cost, commercial and contractual considerations.
* Ensuring new or transitioning services are fit for purpose and successfully accepted into service.
* Monitoring and reporting against KPIs and SLAs, using tools to drive efficiency and demonstrate performance.
* Building strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers, escalating and resolving issues when needed.
Qualifications
* Experience of managing delivery to SLAs and key performance indicators.
* Background in IT services.
* Professional service management qualification such as ITIL.
* Understanding of Sopra Steria's offerings and business drivers.
* A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on delivering great service.
* Accountability and ownership of service outcomes.
