Overview
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lecturer in Carpentry & Multi Trades to join our team at the Slough & Langley campus. This is a permanent, part-time position, on a 0.6 FTE basis.
Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to facilitate student learning through effective teaching and assessment, ensuring that students achieve their educational goals. This involves managing teaching programs, regularly assessing student progress, and maintaining high standards of discipline and morale both inside and outside the classroom. The lecturer is expected to monitor and record student progress and interventions and keep abreast of developments in the professional field through continuous learning and engagement with the industry.
