In this role, you'll support the full sales order process, from translating contracts into the ERP system to managing invoicing, revenue milestones and project tracking. You'll work closely with Business Development, Operations and Finance, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, cross‑functional collaboration and taking ownership.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing sales orders from setup through to project completion
Translating contracts into the ERP system, including invoicing and revenue milestones
Triggering invoice and revenue requests in line with timelines and contract terms
Supporting Finance with monthly revenue and budgeting accuracy
Reviewing contracts for completeness and compliance
Providing project reporting and analysis to Project Managers
Maintaining complex tracking spreadsheets for multi‑site or long‑term projects
Raising internal purchase order requests
Helping to improve processes as the business continues to grow
