We seek an experienced, proactive Product or Marketing Manager to drive sales and development of our product line, with the highest priority bringing to the market our new Smart Wrench System. We’re looking for an experienced professional, with the ability to deliver results quickly, add value to the business whilst contributing to the long-term strategy of the business.
Your role
We need a dynamic team member to grow our cutting-edge product line. You'll drive the business of our hydraulic
torque product line within the Smart Field product marketing team, including or smart product offering, standard
products, extension of the current range and profitability. Responsibilities include global product launches, go-to-
market strategies, training, and daily product management, with significant international travel.
You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.
You will:
1. Collaborate with engineering in the UK and Sweden
2. Support sales with value-based marketing materials
3. Lead global product launch activities
4. Develop and execute marketing initiatives
5. Optimise the product portfolio
6. Provide technical, marketing, and sales support
7. Enhance product training programmes
8. Work with external suppliers on the bolting portfolio
9. Support customer centres with business plans
10. Contribute to the Smart Field marketing team
11. Develop strategic product plans
12. Improve digital presence with MarCom
13. Integrate software into new products
14. Engage key stakeholders
15. Ensure compliance with corporate values

16. You have proven experience in marketing and/or sales with a strong technical mindset.
17. A degree in Marketing or demonstrate equivalent professional experience
18. Proficient in marketing concepts
19. Proficient in product management
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Excellent stakeholder management
22. Background or knowledge in industrial tooling or Energy segment
23. A strong drive to achieve targets
24. Ability to devliver effective product demonstrations both on-site and in workshop environments

Job location
Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Bolting Solutions site in Wolverhampton UK, or our Head Office in Nacka, Stockholm, Sweden.
Regular international travel is expected.
