HGV Technician - Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence - HGV Class C+E licence is essential
* Hold an industry recognised qualification - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
* Previous HGV mechanical experience is essential
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices
* Excellent mechanical diagnostic skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Able to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
* Good attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
HGV Technician - Responsibilities
* Inspect, report, repair and service trailers, vehicles and factory transport
* Inspect and conduct pre-MOT checks to DVSA/VOSA standards
* Maintain general garage housekeeping to a high standard
* Complete all relevant paperwork in relation to the above tasks, as well as any other ad hoc duties as required
