Business Processor -Working for a specialist Lender.
Location: Wilmslow (close to Wilmslow train station) Fully Office based.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus
The Role
The core mission of the Business Processor is to support both the internal team and clients to ensure bridging loans are completed smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, meticulous with detail, and confident managing expectations at every stage of the process.
You will play a key role in keeping our business processes seamless, ensuring every loan progresses accurately, on time, and with excellent client communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team and clients to ensure loan applications are completed accurately and efficiently
* Develop a strong understanding of our business processes and maintain a smooth client journey
* Maintain and rigorously follow checklists, ensuring all requirements are fully completed before progressing a loan
* Work confidently to deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy
* Build knowledge of the specialist finance market to enable informed and insightful conversations with clients
* Balance precise paperwork handling with strong rapport-building skills
