Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Salary: £65,000 + depending on experience
Office-based (Bath) with 1 day working from home after successful completion of probation
An established and highly regarded law firm based in Bath is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its busy claimant Clinical Negligence team. The role has arisen due to a sustained increase in workload and offers the opportunity to act exclusively for claimants, representing individuals and families in complex, high-value clinical negligence claims.
The successful candidate will manage a varied claimant caseload from inception through to conclusion, including cases involving birth injuries, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and fatal claims, working closely with clients to provide a compassionate, thorough, and strategic service. Birth Injury claims, including Third & Fourth Degree Tears
Brain Injury and Stroke claims
Surgical Errors, including bile duct injuries and cholecystectomy claims
Cauda Equina Syndrome and spinal injury claims
Fatal Clinical Negligence claims
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in claimant clinical negligence
