Role Overview
We are recruiting for Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOx, and Enterprise Risk professionals.
Salary: £70,000 + bonus (up to 25%)
Location: Aylesbury; 3-5 days/week in the office
About the Client
Audit & Risk Recruitment has been engaged by an Insurance Group with a rich history. They are currently diversifying their product portfolio by entering the Bulk Annuity Purchase market. To support this growth, they are expanding their Risk function with a new Enterprise Risk Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Enterprise Risk Management framework end-to-end
* Deliver quality assurance over the RCSAs cycle and assess improvements
* Conduct operational risk assessments and produce deep dive reports on non-financial risks
* Engage with stakeholders to identify risk-related training needs
* Prepare regular Risk MI to monitor the company's risk profile
Candidate Requirements
* Prior Operational or Enterprise Risk Management experience (1st or 2nd line) in a UK-regulated Financial Services environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly
* Willingness to work in the Aylesbury office up to 5 days/week
