Production Quality & Test Manager Gloucester Permanent We are recruiting for a market-leading engineering group, formed through a recent merger and entering an exciting growth phase. We’re now looking for a Production Quality & Test Manager to take ownership of production quality control and product testing across our pump manufacturing operations. The Role You’ll lead quality and test activities in line with ISO 9001 and LPCB requirements, ensuring all pump sets (MTS, MTO, ETO) are manufactured, tested, and released to approved standards. You’ll manage the test function, oversee inspections, maintain calibration systems, and support internal and external audits.
