Our client islooking for a talented ProductManager to support their exceptional Product team based inBracknell Berkshire.
Product Managersare responsible for a range of products for the duration of theirlifecycle. They oversee product creation development implementationand subsequent evolution with a focus on maximising productmonetisation usage and customersatisfaction.
Key responsibilitiesinclude
ProductOwner for ProductSprints
* Identifycustomer needs/business requirements for product development.Collate and refine requests into final designbriefs.
* Prioritise workload for productdevelopment.
* Make design decisions thatdemonstrate delivery of designspecifications.
* Ensure product changes are inline with the overall businessstrategy.
Working withOther Departments
* Actas a product specialist and goto person for assignedproducts.
* Provide product knowledge to Salesand Solution Consultants to assist withbids.
* Share delivery timeframes with theProject Management team.
* Liaise withEngineering Services to ensure the priority of bugs isunderstood.
* Provide internal training orawareness of products as required.
* Evangelisethe product internally and externally.
* Developand deliver training to Sales and other departments asrequired.
Updating andEngaging withCustomers
* Contribute tomonthly webinars to brief customers on productnews.
* Contribute to the quarterly ProductRoadmap.
* Contribute to the running of quarterlyuser forums to receive feedback and updates fromusers.
* Arrange and chair meetings withcustomers to share product vision asrequired.
* Gather customer feedback to determineways that the product could beimproved.
Aboutyou
* Bachelors Degree ina relevant subject.
* Good experience in acustomerfacing role typically of at least twoyears.
* Experience as a Product Manager orSpecialist with specific experience of product lifecycles anddesign processes.
* Experience in the IT/Cloudcommunications industry is a plus.
* Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
* Goodtime management and prioritisationskills.
* Ability to interpret customer requestsand provide high levels of customersatisfaction.
* Good problem solvingskills.
