Area Sales Manager – Tructyre
Covering: Oxfordshire, Reading, Aldershot, Milton Keynes areas
The Role:
To develop the regional and local business in a set geographic area predominantly through the careful ongoing management, retention and growth of the existing customer base and through proactive new business acquisition. This is a hybrid account management/new business role and requires skill sets and disciplines to serve both.
The role will cover the Oxfordshire, Reading, Aldershot, Milton Keynes areas.
●To develop growth and spend across a diverse territory through an existing customer base.
●To identify down-trading and zero-trading accounts and ensure that the customer starts to grow
their spend with Tructyre again.
●To build and execute an area plan with existing customers.
●To identify new business opportunities within the area and prioritise securing the business which gives the greatest return for the business for the time available to invest.
●Ensure that the service business model is explained in full to the customer base, ensuring the value proposition is understood by the customer and that a high proportion start to switch to this model.
