The Team
Our Energy Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption. With diverse services spanning strategy and digital innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain optimization, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.
The Role
* Deliver business analysis in areas such as systems strategy and architecture, systems implementation, digital and data management innovations, as well business process management specific to the wider Energy value chain.
* Working with the Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Lead Architect and Lead UX to ensure successful delivery.
* Work alone or in a range of team sizes often split across multiple geographies.
* Be the focal point between business and development teams to ensure requirements are captured correctly.
* Assist and develop strategy for global oil majors to help them through energy transition and support their biofuel initiatives (like GHG, Co Processing, CCS etc.)
* Assist in the development of Value Propositions that exploit emerging and established technologies (e.g., Digital, Data Management, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, IOT) to solve our clients operational and strategic challenges
* Assist in the creation of client proposal for consulting and/or transformation engagements
Requirements
We are looking for a consultant who has worked with Biofuels and Low Carbon products
* Business analyst working within the Biofuel market in either midstream or trading.
* Knowledge about Sustainable Aviation fuels would be highly beneficial.
* Good understanding of regulatory frameworks that support carbon credit management in EU/NA.
* Knowledge of biofuel production including feedstock sourcing, blending and optimizing would be a bonus.
* Previous experience within the sector as a BA with as-is and to-be process mapping.
* Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in the midstream/downstream Energy sector within Biofuels.
* Able to produce top-class work across the various aspects of small and medium strategy, innovation and technology delivery engagements.
* Keen to develop consulting IP and Market Offerings
* Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI highly desirable
* Agile practitioner and certified
