About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of award-winning family products, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. This position combines warehouse and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on computer-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing ex-display and pre-loved products
* Carrying out basic quality checks on prams, buggies, and car seats
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
* Conducting audits and advising on stock optimisation
* Working from pick sheets and customer order forms
* Using systems such as Sage or Shopify (previous experience required)
What We're Looking For:
* Strong computer skills with experience in Sage or Shopify
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
* Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions
* Full attendance and punctuality are essential
* Previous warehouse/admin experience is desirable
