An award-winning, multi-office legal practice is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Right to buy
* Shared ownership schemes
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
* Ensuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactions
* Adhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standards
* Engaging in business development and relationship-building initiatives
* Participating in regular training and personal development programmes
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when needed
* Strong interpersonal and client care skills
* A proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset
