Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of smaller client-facing projects from initiation through to completion. Support Project Managers with the coordination of larger and more complex projects. Oversee project timelines, documentation, inventory, and reporting requirements. Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Organise and attend client meetings, teleconferences, and audits, providing detailed actions and minutes. Support the setup and maintenance of project systems and client portals. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members. Manage aspects of project billing, inventory reporting, and financial tracking. Key Requirements: Degree level education (or equivalent experience), ideally in a scientific or technical discipline. Previous experience (1–3 years) in project coordination, customer service, or operational support within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or a similarly regulated sector. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach. A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Familiarity with project management software or systems would be advantageous.
