? What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate testing across multiple digital projects
* Build test strategies, plans, and scripts
* Manage test execution and defect lifecycle
* Report test progress, risks, and insights
* Validate integrations and ensure data accuracy
* Work closely with digital, technical, and business teams
?? Key Systems You'll Work On
* Network & Job Management Systems
* Asset Management Systems
* Customer notification platforms
* External customer websites
* ERP/CRM (incl. Microsoft Dynamics)
?? What You Bring
* Strong QA leadership experience in utilities (electricity/gas/water)
* Working knowledge of NI Retail Market Procedures
* Solid understanding of operational and customer-facing systems
* Experience with middleware integrations & data governance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
