Customer Services Assistant
We are seeking to appoint a Customer Services Assistant. This role involves supporting all aspects of administration related to Event bookings. The position is part-time, working 20 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday. Start and finish times may be flexible, and, if required, you may need to work weekends and evenings with reasonable notice to support specific Events.
Responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries regarding new and existing bookings;
2. Maintaining and administering the bookings system, including managing all customer data;
3. Handling all bookings, assisting with quotes, issuing contracts, liaising with finance for invoicing, and managing cancellations;
4. Communicating with internal stakeholders such as the Head Chef, Bar Manager, and Finance team regarding Event requirements and final numbers;
5. Responding to client feedback before and after Events.
As part of a small team, you will also support other administrative duties and provide cover for team member absences. On occasion, you may serve as the Centre Duty Manager.
