Responsibilities:
* Claim Assessment:
o Evaluate credit hire claims for validity and potential liability.
o Gather relevant evidence, including accident details and hire agreements.
* Communication:
o Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties.
o Negotiate early settlements and liability agreements.
* Document Preparation:
o Draft demand letters, pre-action protocols, and settlement proposals.
o Maintain accurate records and organize case files.
* Cost Management:
o Monitor claim costs during the pre-litigation phase.
o Collaborate with solicitors on cost-effective strategies.
* Legal Research:
o Stay informed about credit hire regulations and case law.
o Assist solicitors in building strong cases.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in credit hire claims or motor pre litigation.
* Skills: Legal knowledge, attention to detail, negotiation.
