* Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our restaurant's standards.
* Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in culinary techniques, bartending, and customer service.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to optimise profitability.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
* Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
