Do you have strong experience delivering complex civil or water infrastructure projects? This is your opportunity to take charge of a high-value water project that will play a key role in improving vital infrastructure in the region. You’ll lead a skilled team delivering civil and structural works, overseeing all aspects of the project from initial planning to successful handover. You’ll be joining a highly regarded civil engineering contractor with a long history of delivering major utilities, infrastructure, and energy projects across Ireland. This role is perfect for an ambitious Site Agent or experienced Senior Engineer ready to step up and take ownership of a landmark project with long-term prospects in Co. Wicklow. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project. Lead and coordinate site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to technical specifications. Oversee all civil and structural aspects, including pipelines, chambers, access roads, and associated infrastructure works. Work closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and client representatives to plan construction phases, resolve challenges, and maintain smooth project delivery. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering civil or water infrastructure projects in Ireland. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Excellent understanding of HSEQ management, technical standards, and quality control.
