Unlike some hybrid or self‑employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable. With local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

The Role
In this fully employed position, our partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development from our teams, support from a local property centre, the best technology and industry‑leading marketing to help raise brand awareness locally.

This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them. * Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
