Purpose of the role
Lead the development and delivery of customer marketing plans across the UK off-trade (multiples, convenience, wholesale, e-commerce) and international export markets. You'll ensure the Keystone Brewing Group portfolio is activated effectively in-store, online and via global distributors—driving brand visibility, rate of sale and market growth.
Key responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end trade marketing strategy for UK off-trade and export channels.
* Partner with sales leads to plan and execute customer-specific campaigns.
* Create retail toolkits, shopper marketing plans and customer sell-in materials.
* Brief and manage the design team and agency partners to deliver channel-ready assets.
* Track campaign performance; support trade promotion planning and post-campaign reviews.
* Adapt brand campaigns for international distributor and retailer formats.
* Feed customer and shopper insight into forecasting and commercial planning.
Skills
* Strong project and stakeholder management.
* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; confident building compelling presentations.
* Clear creative briefing; proven management of third-party suppliers.
* Solid understanding of UK retail mechanics and export requirements.
* Commercial mindset with focus on ROI and disciplined budget management.

Experience & qualifications
Essential
* 4+ years in off-trade or FMCG trade marketing.
* Experience working with grocery multiples, convenience, or wholesale accounts.
* Confident leading campaigns end-to-end.
Desirable
* Beer, cider or alcohol category experience.
* Exposure to export markets and distributor-led brand activation.
* Familiarity with sales portals, CRM tools and campaign tracking.
* Formal marketing qualification.
