The role of KS2 Teacher – Barnet will allow you to lead learning across Years 3–6, while gaining valuable Education and Training opportunities to enhance curriculum planning, assessment, and behaviour management skills. You will have the chance to work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with SEN and additional needs.
2. Supporting behaviour management and positive learning habits in the classroom.
3. Monitoring progress, tracking assessments, and providing feedback to pupils and parents.
4. Collaborating with colleagues and wider school staff to ensure inclusive and effective teaching.
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE near completion.
6. Experience teaching KS2 pupils with excellent classroom management skills.
7. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-focused approach.
8. Commitment to supporting pupil development and raising achievement.
