Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Head Chef, leading kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

About You:
Previous experience in catering and hospitality at senior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level is essential. A positive attitude and the ability to work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen, drive food culture, and engage your team and customers with exciting dishes are required.
