Overview
Seeking a Marketing Manager with 4–6 years’ experience in B2B subscription marketing to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our portfolio of publications.
This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead in developing and delivering marketing campaigns for our flagship publication, while also managing two direct reports who support marketing activity across three additional titles and client campaigns. The role requires both strategic thinking and practical campaign execution, ensuring all marketing initiatives deliver measurable results within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to support subscription growth and audience engagement
* Lead campaign execution for our primary publication title
* Manage and mentor two marketing team members, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery across additional titles and client projects
* Write compelling marketing copy and oversee content across multiple channels
* Optimise digital marketing performance across websites, email marketing and social media campaigns
* Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance against agreed KPIs
* Analyse results and continuously refine strategies to maximise ROI
* Work collaboratively with internal teams while prioritising workload and adapting to changing business needs
Key Skills & Experience
* 4–6 years’ experience in B2B subscription marketing
* Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Solid digital marketing experience, including website optimisation, automated email campaigns and social media marketing
* Experience using CMS platforms and email marketing tools (experience with Affino and Dotdigital is desirable but not essential)
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns that achieve measurable results
* Experience managing a team, or readiness to step into a people management role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and prioritise effectively
