A leading organisation is seeking two experienced and confident People Business Partners to join its People team on six-month fixed-term contracts.

This is a strategic, forward-thinking business partnering role. The organisation is navigating a period of change, and the People Business Partners will play a pivotal part in strengthening leadership capability, supporting organisational design and embedding initiatives that enhance performance, culture and colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, offering insight, challenge and practical people solutions
2. Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development
3. Use data and insight to influence decisions and shape people strategy
4. Manage complex ER matters with fairness, consistency and strong legal grounding
5. Drive talent, development and progression initiatives
6. Lead and deliver impactful people projects that enhance colleague experience
7. Champion equity, diversity and inclusion and role-model inclusive behaviours
