Data Officer – Fixed term contract (12 months). Location: City Campus. Team: Development and Alumni Relations. Salary / Grade: £28,608 - £32,089 p.a. pro rata. Employment type: Fixed Term Contract. Closing date: 05/09/2025. School / Directorate: Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment. Full time / 37 hours.
About The Role
We are looking for a Data Officer to join our Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) Team. If you are a detail oriented, customer focused professional who can help us to manage large datasets associated with our alumni community in an efficient and effective manner, then we would love to hear from you!
The Successful Candidate Will
* work with colleagues from across DAR to import and maintain alumni data held in the University\'s database (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT), ensuring continuous compliance with relevant legislation.
* work in collaboration with the Database Manager to maintain data quality and integrity, running regular data clean up processes.
* liaise with stakeholders from across the University to manage their requests for data support.
* train new users in Raiser's Edge NXT and provide an exceptional level of ongoing support for users
