What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the full lifecycle of luxury restaurant and members’ club fit‑outs
• Acting as the consultancy’s key client representative
• Managing programme, cost, and quality across multiple premium projects
• Coordinating designers, contractors, and specialist trades
• Ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience delivering high‑end hospitality or luxury interior fit‑outs
• Consultancy or client‑side background as a Project Manager
• JCT Contract administration experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for design, detail, and exceptional client service
• Ambition to step into a role with visibility and progression
