What You'll Be Doing
Craft and present fresh, seasonal menus for weddings, events, and boutique stays
Jump into different kitchens, from prep to service to close-down
Collaborate with venue teams and delight guests with top-tier food
Keep kitchens running smoothly with your skills, organisation, and independence
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, wherever you are
* Who We're Looking For
Experienced Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie with strong fresh-food background
Adaptable, reliable, and confident stepping into new kitchens
Weekend availability and a flexible approach to hours
Valid driving licence + your own wheels (essential for regional travel)
Professional, punctual, and organised - a true kitchen pro
