Finance Assistant

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about finance? We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team and support the smooth running of the finance function. What You'll Do
* Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions using Sage.
* Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end processes, including payroll, reporting, and audits.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable: process invoices, monitor payments, and oversee billing.
* Analyse financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
* Provide general finance administration and assist with ad-hoc tasks during peak periods.
What We're Looking For
* 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
* AAT qualification or working towards it (desirable).
* Proficiency in Sage 50 and strong Excel skills.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
