Commutable from Thame, Haddenham, Bicester and Aylesbury.
Role: Trainee Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: 12.21 per hour
Location: Bicester
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Customer Service Coordinator:
Starting as a Trainee, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you grow into a Scheduler/Coordinator role. Your journey will begin with:
Data entry of meter readings and other key information into internal systems
Answering calls and assisting customers and engineers in a professional, helpful manner
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Managing emails and ensuring accurate, up-to-date recordsAs you develop and gain confidence, you'll be trained to:
Schedule and allocate work to internal engineers and subcontractors
Raise jobs, work orders, and purchase orders within company systems
Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a high standard
Liaise with clients and field teams, keeping everyone informed and updatedAbout you:
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
