Key Responsibilities Monitoring and tracking pupil attendance, identifying patterns and concerns Liaising with parents regarding attendance and punctuality Maintaining accurate attendance records using the school’s MIS system Managing the admissions process, including applications, offers, and transitions Supporting safeguarding procedures related to attendance Producing attendance reports for senior leadership and governors Working closely with the Headteacher and office team to ensure smooth administration The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in a school administrative role Strong knowledge of attendance procedures and admissions processes Experience using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) Excellent organisational and communication skills A professional, discreet, and approachable manner Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities This primary school in Hillingdon is known for its supportive leadership, positive staff culture, and strong relationships with families.
