Linguistic Skills Development: Systematically develop pupils' skills across the four core pillars of language acquisition: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, whilst embedding robust vocabulary retrieval routines. Academic Progress Monitoring: Implement rigorous formative assessment and regular speaking diagnostics, utilising pupil tracking data to design sharp, targeted interventions that bridge learning gaps. Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal GCSE French specifications, focusing heavily on translation mechanics, spontaneous speech, and extended writing structures. Pastoral Care Integration: Undertake full form tutor responsibilities, managing daily registration, monitoring pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal development units.
