We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our fun and dynamic team. Based at our Point AHotel Liverpool Street which has 212rooms.
The applicant will need to have a proven record and experience in delivering well maintained and safe environment, being the first point of contact and accountable for reactive and planned maintenance tasks within the hotel.
This role reports to the hotel manager but is also supported by a cluster maintenance manager and an experienced and knowledgeable support team from around the estate.
The working pattern is rota-based working 40 hours per week.
Hands on experience in solving maintenance issues in a customer focused environment is essential.
Having experience in managing a varied subcontract team in delivering first-time cost-effective solutions is also a key attribute to this role.
Areas of responsibility:
Working closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to carry out reactive maintenance tasks.
Training team members in emergency procedures
Manage our sub-contractor base.
Work with our computerised PPM and compliance platform.
Effectively prioritise your work load
Maintain a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members.
