What You'll Be Doing: Verifying and processing invoices, credit notes, and statements. Communicating effectively with partners to ensure smooth financial operations. Investigating and resolving invoice and statement queries, escalating when needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger account reconciliations. Collaborating with internal teams to support financial workflows. Supporting the wider Accounts Payable team and contributing to departmental goals. What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Maths, Finance & Business, or Relevant experience in an accounts payable or finance role. Familiarity with payment processes and Sage 200 (preferred but not essential).Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Why Apply?
