This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We’re working with a respected and long-established law firm to find a proactive IT Analyst to join their Service Team. You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by delivering reliable, high-quality IT support to colleagues across the firm. Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be a strong advantage. What you’ll be doing: As a core member of the IT Service Team, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support—handling a mix of queries via phone, email, and in person. You’ll: * Take ownership of support tickets from start to finish * Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues * Deliver a high standard of service in line with SLAs and KPIs * Support user and system administration tasks * Get involved in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless IT experience across the firm This role is primarily based in Manchester, with occasional travel to Liverpool and London offices. Tech you’ll work with: You’ll gain hands-on experience across a varied and modern tech stack, including: * Windows Desktop & Server environments * Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) * Active Directory * End-user devices (laptops, mobiles, printers) * Networking basics (patching, switches, cabling) There’s also the opportunity to build expertise in legal systems such as iManage and Proclaim. What we’re looking for: We’re interested in someone who combines solid technical ability with a genuinely customer-focused mindset.
