Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Management Team Leader. This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work! This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £37,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Responsible for daily management of a team.
* Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals.
* Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections.
* Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.

* Previous experience in Property Management essential.
* Must be ARLA / CeLap qualified.
* Articulate thinker & great communicator.
* Experience in property management/surveying/housing.
