Position
The Estates Department at South Staffordshire College require a full time Sites Assistant at our Lichfield campus on a fixed term contract until 18th September 2026.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the prompt opening and securing of premises, together with out of hours attendance to alarm activations or emergencies.
* Participating in minor improvement works, reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
* Carrying out porter-age tasks.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have general experience of maintenance work, be able to work well as part of a team and be effective at problem solving.
