* Guaranteed Earnings: £15,995.48 basic per annum + a guaranteed £30,000 pro-rata package for your first six months while you settle in.
* Uncapped Bonus: Following your initial six months, you will transfer to our highly competitive franchise commission plan to maximize your earning potential.
* Work-Life Balance Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (Worked across 4 days, giving you a dedicated day off during the week).
o Saturdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
o Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (On a highly manageable 1-in-3 rota).

What you will be doing:
* Customer Engagement: Welcome and communicate with both new and existing showroom visitors, delivering an amazing, customer-focused experience from greeting to vehicle handover.
* Product Demonstration: Showcase the vehicle portfolio and latest technology both in-person and electronically via video presentations.
* Sales Process: Prepare tailored quotations for customers and accurately record all interactions using our CRM showroom system (Dealerweb).
* Showroom Excellence: Ensure that both the physical site and our online vehicle offerings are presentable, accurate, and up to date.
* Relationship Building: Maintain proactive contact with customers after their purchase to ensure total satisfaction and build lifelong loyalty.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
* Driving License: A full, valid UK Driving License is essential.
* Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and video presentation skills.
* Organizational Skills: The ability to self-prioritize daily workloads to meet business timeframes.
* Experience (Preferred but not essential): Previous motor industry experience or consumer retail sales experience is a plus. If you have the right attitude and energy, our comprehensive training will cover the rest!
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Bexhill, Hastings, Lewes, and Hailsham.
