Are you an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for improving learning environments?


We’re growing our education portfolio and looking for someone who understands the unique needs of schools and academies — someone who can manage surveys, projects, and client relationships with confidence and care.


You’ll be working on meaningful projects, with clients who genuinely value your expertise.


What you'll do:


✅ Deliver condition surveys, specifications, and contract administration

✅ Prepare and manage CIF and other DfE funding bids

✅ Act as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent

✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

✅ Support project delivery from concept to completion


You should have:


🎓 MRICS

🏫 Experience in the education sector

📑 Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and building compliance

🗂️ A methodical approach and clear communication skills
