Role Overview
The role of Accounts Assistant supports the financial administration of the Museum and the Hamilton Kerr Institute, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and providing guidance on financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records for the Museum and HKI.
* Process invoices and payments in accordance with financial policies.
* Provide guidance and support on financial procedures to staff and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in an accounts environment.
* Strong knowledge of finance principles.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounts software.
Working Arrangements
