Job Description
Amazing opportunity to join one of the country’s leading Real Estate teams as an associate in its Leeds office.
I'm working with one of the UK's leading Real Estate teams that is continuing to expand due to new client mandates, particularly in the net zero and infrastructure sectors. The team is seeking a Real Estate Associate with at least one year of post-qualification experience to join its Leeds office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-ranked national firm that partners with some of the country's largest property developers, energy companies and national utilities on major regeneration and decarbonisation projects. The work is varied, high-profile and genuinely impactful.
The Opportunity
The Leeds Real Estate team is one of the most respected in the region, known for combining technical excellence with a commercial approach. You'll be involved in a wide range of property transactions, from large-scale acquisitions and disposals to complex leasing and development work.
A proportion of your time will be spent on projects that support the UK's transition to net zero, including major infrastructure schemes and the redevelopment of former industrial sites. You'll also work with innovative regional developers and national investors who are reshaping city centre spaces and creating sustainable developments.
The firm invests heavily in technology and process improvement, so you'll have access to cutting-edge legal tech tools and a dedicated paralegal support team to help deliver transactions efficiently.
The Role
* Advising on commercial property matters, including options, leases, purchases and disposals
* Supporting large-scale infrastructure and sustainability projects, particularly those focused on decarbonisation
* Managing property portfolios and project rollouts with the support of paralegals and legal tech
* Building trusted relationships with clients and delivering clear, commercial advice
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on national transactions
About You
You'll be a qualified solicitor with at least one year of experience in commercial property or real estate work. You'll have solid technical skills, a strong sense of commercial awareness and a genuine interest in working on energy and sustainability-focused matters.
You should be confident managing multiple transactions, comfortable working closely with clients and enthusiastic about developing your expertise in a supportive, high-performing environment.
The Firm
The firm offers an ambitious, inclusive and collaborative culture that values its people and rewards innovation. It has a reputation for providing exceptional training, a clear progression path and a genuine commitment to work-life balance.
If you're looking to take the next step in your Real Estate career with a top-tier firm where you can build your skills, gain exposure to landmark projects and work alongside highly respected partners, I'd be happy to share more details.
