Job Description:
The specific responsibilities of the position holder will include (but are not limited to):
* Generation and achievement of sales targets.
* Handling showroom walk-in customers and visitors.
* Event management and marketing activities.
* Regular follow-up with Head Office for pipeline orders.
* Retail showroom operations.
* Managing home trials (Inward and Outward Challan on Navision).
* Inventory management and reporting.
* Emails, call follow-ups, and shipment tracking.
* Showroom expense management and reporting.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
* Minimum graduate or master's degree with expertise in sales, operations, and marketing.
* 2-4 years of experience in sales or operations and client relationship building.
* Exposure to interior designing is an added advantage.
The candidate should be energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and presentable.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Energetic, motivated, with a good track record.
* Understanding of basic CAD drawings and layouts (interior design).
* Excellent communication skills; knowledge of Chinese and Malay languages is a plus.
* Basic understanding of accounts, finance, and supply chain management.

Residency in Singapore is required.
