Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking financial planning firm? NJR Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly reputable and established independent advice firm in York, who are looking to welcome a skilled administrator into their expanding support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering first-class administrative support, with a focus on detail, client care, and adviser efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
* Creating and maintaining client valuations and illustrations
* Chasing Letters of Authority and liaising with third-party providers
* Preparing pre-meeting documentation and review packs for advisers
* Supporting advisers with end-to-end client journey administration
* Keeping CRM records and compliance documentation up to date
What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience in an IFA or financial planning environment is essential
* Comfortable working with providers and back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office or similar)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, detail-focused approach
* A team player who values delivering excellent client outcomes
